The Products are delivered via affiliated couriers, directly to the User, at the delivery address specified during the order phase.

It is not possible to collect the Products that were purchased via the Site directly from the Seller’s warehouse.

The costs and types of delivery offered may vary according to the Country and the method of delivery.

Not all delivery methods offered by the couriers affiliated with the Seller are available in all Countries in which Products can be purchased online.

Both in Europe and abroad, the delivery process requires that, in the event that the recipient is absent when the courier arrives, said courier leaves a card with contact details to organise a second delivery, in order to successfully complete the delivery.

The delivery of the Products is considered complete when the consumer, or a third party specified by the consumer, and other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods; from that moment, as by law, the risk of loss or damage of the Product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, transfers to the User.
