Use your favourite highlighters, colored pencils, pens or markers.

MAKE A COLOUR CODE LEGEND

Tape it on the top of your to-do list so you can always see the legend.

DEFINE YOUR CATEGORIES

Find your categories that best divide up your tasks. In our example we used different areas of life: blog, work, staff, university. So you can clearly do one task at a time.
