Create your
perfect routine

If you want to stick with a habit for good, one simple and effective thing you can do is keep a habit tracker. For daily habits, strive to fill squares every day.

You can do this perfectly in example in our Weekly Notebook or your Memos Organization Notebook.

Habit Tracking

A habit tracker is a simple way to record whether you did a habit. Each time you successfully complete a habit you can add a dot or an “X” on that day.

How does a habit tracker work?

The principle is very simple – you track your habits. So these are things that, ideally, you do every day or at a rhythm that you determine. Which habits these are depends on yourself and the goals you have set for yourself.

Examples would be

  • to avoid sugar
  • do sports
  • read 5 pages of a book
  • drink 2 liters of water etc.

You are completely free as to which habits you want to fill your tracker with.

What does a habit tracker do for you?

First and foremost, you can get an overview of your activities. In everyday life it can quickly happen that you simply forget things and do not consciously pay attention to some.

So tracking habits increases awareness of the things that are important to you. That, in turn, is a real boost of motivation for your goals. Every dot or every X in a box gives you pleasure and shows you your discipline. This also makes it easier for you to integrate new habits into your life with a habit tracker.
